How we make money

You pay us a monthly fee. That is the entire business model.

From £39 a month. No commission on your work, no fee per booking, and nothing taken from the jobs you win.

If you have used a lead site before, you already know the shape of the catch: a cut of every job, the same enquiry sold to four other trades, and a number that turns out to belong to them rather than you.

None of that is how this works, and the reason is not virtue — it is that our incentives only line up with yours if we are paid the same whether your week was good or bad. A company earning a percentage of your work has a reason to insert itself between you and your customer. We do not want to be there.

What we charge for

One line on the bill.

A monthly subscription

One fee for the plan you are on. It does not move because you had a good month, and it does not move because a job was worth more than the last one.

That is the list

There is no second line on the bill. No setup fee, no per-booking charge, no commission, no percentage of anything.

What we do not do

The six things people actually worry about.

Take a cut of your jobs

We never see what a job was worth to you unless you type it in, and the price on your bill is not affected by it either way. Nobody here is incentivised by your invoice.

Sell your customer list

The people who book with you are your customers, not a database we resell. We do not market to them, and we do not pass them to anyone.

Sell the same enquiry to your competitors

This is not a lead marketplace. A caller who reaches your number reaches you. There is no auction and no shared pool.

Own your phone number

You buy your own number and it stays yours — Ringback deliberately does not buy one on your behalf, because that would put us in charge of a recurring spend on your account. Point it elsewhere and you are out.

Charge you to leave

Cancel and the billing stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. No exit fee, no notice period written to catch you out, and nothing to phone up and argue about.

Advertise to your customers

The booking page carries your name and your colours. The only mark we leave is one grey line at the very bottom.

The shape of it

A percentage costs you more the better you do.

A share of each job

Take whatever percentage you have been quoted and apply it to one good week. Then apply it to a better one. The bill grows exactly as fast as the business does, and the month you most want to keep the money is the month it costs most.

A flat monthly fee

£39 whether you recover one job or forty. Recover a single job most months and it has paid for itself; recover ten and we are not paid a penny more.

Work it out with your own numbers

Who owns what

Almost none of it is ours.

Your phone number
You buy it, on your own account. We never hold billing authority over it.
Yours
The people who book with you
Not a list we resell, market to, or share with another trade.
Yours
Your calendar
Jobs are written into the calendar you already carry. Disconnect and they stop.
Yours
Your booking page
Your name, your colours, your prices. One grey credit line at the bottom.
Yours
The software
This is the part you are renting, and the only part you are paying for.

Being straight with you

What is not finished yet.

There is no data export button

“You can take your data with you” is the standard line here, and today we cannot honestly print it: nothing in the product downloads your customers or appointments as a file. Ask and we will send it to you. It should be a button, and until it is one this paragraph stays on the page.

Plans carry a message allowance

Sending a text is not free for anybody in the chain, so plans come with an allowance rather than the word “unlimited” — which in this market usually means a limit nobody has mentioned yet. Every allowance is on the pricing page and the product enforces the same number the page shows. If yours is wrong for how you work, it can be raised on your account without moving you to a plan you do not otherwise need.

Try it before any of this costs you anything.

No card to start. If it does not win you work, cancel it — there is nothing to unwind and nobody to argue with.
