For cleaners

The call you cannot answer is the job you do not get.

There is a vacuum running in somebody else’s living room and you would not hear a phone in your pocket over it. Even if you did, stopping mid-clean to take a call in a client’s home is not a thing you do. The missed call is found at half past two, between houses, in a car.

Why it costs cleaners more

They are not shopping around. They are picking whoever answers.

Cleaning is a recurring contract dressed up as a one-off enquiry. The call you missed was not worth one clean, it was worth a fortnightly slot for two years — and the person making it is ringing three cleaners from a search result, on a lunch break, and booking whoever comes back first. There is no second chance on a recurring job; somebody else now has that Tuesday.

14% of calls to a home-services business go unanswered

CallRail 1.1 million leads analysed in January 2025. Healthcare missed 32%, legal 28%, home services 14%, real estate 9%.

The question cleaners ask first

My work is regular clients, not one-off bookings. Does this even apply?

The regulars are exactly why it applies. Your diary is nearly full, so the enquiries you can take are few and each one is worth years — which makes dropping one expensive rather than routine. Put a first visit on the booking page and let the recurring arrangement come out of that conversation, the way it already does.

There is also a list of what this product deliberately does not do — worth reading before you buy rather than after. It is on the how-it-works page.

Ten minutes to set up. Then you can forget about it.
