For locksmiths

The call you cannot answer is the job you do not get.

You are already on a job with a cylinder half out, and the phone goes. The person calling is stood on their own doorstep in the dark. You cannot stop, and they will not wait.

Why it costs locksmiths more

They are not shopping around. They are picking whoever answers.

No trade is closer to the wire on this. A locksmith’s caller is locked out at that exact moment and has no reason at all to wait — the average one is dialling the next result before your voicemail has finished playing. Response time is not one factor among several here; it is very nearly the whole decision.

14% of calls to a home-services business go unanswered

CallRail 1.1 million leads analysed in January 2025. Healthcare missed 32%, legal 28%, home services 14%, real estate 9%.

The question locksmiths ask first

My customers need someone now. A booking link is no use to them.

The link is the second thing the text does. The first is answering — telling them, in seconds, that you exist, that you have seen them, and roughly when you can be there. That alone stops most people carrying on down the list. Where you genuinely cannot go out, the same text can point them at the next slot rather than at nothing.

There is also a list of what this product deliberately does not do — worth reading before you buy rather than after. It is on the how-it-works page.

Ten minutes to set up. Then you can forget about it.
