For landscapers
The call you cannot answer is the job you do not get.
There is a mower or a stump grinder running and you would not hear the phone if it were in your hand. It is not, it is in the van, and the missed call sits there until you break for lunch three hours later.
Why it costs landscapers more
They are not shopping around. They are picking whoever answers.
Landscaping enquiries turn into big jobs, and they arrive weeks before the work does. That distance is exactly why people do not chase: somebody planning a garden in March is not desperate, so when you ring back on Thursday they have already had two other people round and stopped thinking about you.

The question landscapers ask first
Every job is different. I cannot put a price on a booking page.
Then do not. Put the site visit on it — the thing you were always going to do first anyway. The value is having a date in the diary while the enquiry is still warm, rather than a voicemail you return three days later to somebody who has moved on.
There is also a list of what this product deliberately does not do — worth reading before you buy rather than after. It is on the how-it-works page.
